Kristen Raiger

Kristen Raiger is a Senior Property Manager in Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office.

As a senior property manager, Kristen is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and strategic management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This includes working closely with clients, tenants, vendors, and internal teams; overseeing property operations and maintenance; managing budgets and financial performance; coordinating capital projects; addressing tenant needs; and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards while achieving
ownership objectives.

With more than 15 years of commercial property management experience, and having managed portfolios exceeding 6 million square feet, Kristen has developed specialized expertise in Class A industrial properties, with a particular focus on serving institutional clients. Her experience also includes the management of office and retail assets, providing a well-rounded understanding of the commercial real estate industry and the diverse needs of property owners and tenants.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Chapman University.
