In her role, Kacie manages all aspects of day-to-day operations, budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, vendor oversight, capital projects, and tenant and client relations across these properties.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kacie gained experience working with historically designated buildings, navigating preservation requirements while supporting operational efficiency and capital improvements. This background gives her a nuanced perspective on managing diverse building types and operational challenges, which she applies across her portfolio. She partners closely with ownership and asset managers to implement strategies that enhance performance, maintain cost controls, and support long-term value.
Kacie serves as Chair of the Recognition Committee for BOMA Greater Seattle, where she helps local property teams with applications, documentation, and narratives for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award. She is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State.
