Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and possesses an Arizona real estate license. Additionally, Kim is actively involved in her community, volunteering regularly for Saint Mary’s Food Bank and the Special Olympics.

Kim Pitt is a senior property manager with Kidder Mathews’ Asset Services team in Arizona.
With more than 17 years of experience, Kim has managed industrial, retail, office, and medical office properties. Her exceptional customer service and management skills have earned her the trust of clients, tenants, and colleagues alike. Throughout her career, she has managed more than 7 million square feet of office buildings, industrial warehouses/fulfillment centers, retail power centers and neighborhood shopping centers.
In her current role, Kim manages a portfolio of office and retail properties throughout the Valley. She oversees daily operations and is responsible for preparing annual operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, property inspections, and monthly reports for property owners.
Kim’s extensive background allows her to effectively understand the needs of owners, landlords, and tenants. She is committed to a customer-first philosophy and focuses on building and maintaining long-term, productive relationships within the industry.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kim worked at Cohen Asset Management and Vestar Development.
