Rob leads the onboarding of new assignments and supports operational continuity across the company’s Asset Services platform during periods of transition and growth, ensuring a seamless client experience. Working closely with leadership, he helps drive process improvement and operational standardization, mitigating risk while developing scalable practices that support long-term performance and client retention.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties, Rob has built a track record leading complex property operations, capital projects, and high-performing teams. His background includes acquisitions and dispositions, budgeting and financial analysis, facilities operations, code compliance, and LEED initiatives.
Rob’s notable achievements include commissioning Seattle’s 28-story, Class A West 8th tower and overseeing the redevelopment of the Elliott Bay Expedia campus, demonstrating his ability to successfully manage both complex property operations and large-scale transitions.
Rob has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and is a licensed real estate managing broker in Washington. He holds the BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA) and IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations and is a LEED Green Associate.
