Nick Phillips

Nick Phillips is a vice president at Kidder Mathews, and is dedicated to assisting investors in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets nationwide. He specializes in net lease retail and industrial product, having provided years of strategic advisory and sales services to private investors, developers and franchisees across the country. In addition to his net lease expertise, Nick has also underwritten and transacted many multi-tenant retail centers throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Nick served as an associate director at Stan Johnson Company (now Northmarq), a prominent national investment sales firm in the net lease-space; he focused on building long-term relationships with private investors, developers, and institutional groups across the country.

Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Nick worked for the State of California as a firefighter in San Luis Obispo County, responding to emergencies and large-scale wildland fire incidents across the state. He has translated the firefighter values of dedication, integrity and collaboration to his career in real estate.
