About
Ivan Perilla joined the valuation advisory services division of Kidder Mathews in 2021 as an associate appraiser. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ivan worked for Marvin Poer & Associates – focusing on property tax solutions for clients with commercial real estate in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that he worked at Ryan LLC in a similar property tax capacity as well as at Costar as a market researcher.
