KC Patterson

KC Patterson specializes in retail and industrial sales and leasing, representing both private and institutional clients across California and the West Coast. Based in the Sacramento office of Kidder Mathews, he focuses on delivering data-driven strategies that enhance property value, improve market positioning, and support long-term performance.

With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, KC has advanced from entry-level brokerage to senior market analyst and now broker, building deep expertise in cap rate analysis, NOI modeling, and market research. He is known for his client-first approach, analytical precision, and ability to identify opportunities in competitive markets. Before entering real estate, KC was a top-producing sales representative for a Bay Area software company, where he honed his negotiation skills and business development strengths.

Education

KC graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in public relations. Before completing his degree, he played quarterback at the University of San Diego under Jim Harbaugh and later at the University of Akron, experiences that shaped his competitive drive, leadership, and team-oriented approach. A Northern California native, he is committed to building long-term client relationships while helping drive the growth of Kidder Mathews’ Sacramento presence.
