Dev Patel began his career in commercial real estate in 2012. He specializes in hospitality transactions in the top 150 MSAs. With experience in hotel management and acquisitions, his ability to counsel clients has evolved from first-hand experience.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Dev was a partner at Mahoney & Associates, where he led the company in hotel sales. He provided counseling to clients within all realms of the hospitality industry including, but not limited to; buying, selling, leasing and 1031 exchange. Dev has been recognized multiple years as Mahoney & Associates’ Top Producer, which was a result from $350MM+ in combined sales during those times.
