Kathie Paradissis

Kathie Paradissis is a senior property manager based in Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office. Kathie began her property management career in 2006 as an assistant property manager. Her experience since then has included managing a 600,000 square-foot diverse portfolio, as well as Class-A, B & C office, retail, and industrial assets. Kathie’s background includes managing property renovations, overseeing tenant and capital improvements, managing daily operations, and training management staff.

Kathie is an enthusiastic, hardworking property manager who prides herself on building strong relationships and interfacing with third-party owners, brokers, and tenants.
