Christin Osborne

Christin Osborne is a property manager in the Kidder Mathews’ Portland office, where she manages over 1 million square feet of flex and office property. Christin is responsible for day-to-day management of all aspects of operations, as well as tenant improvement and capital project management. Christin has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2004.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Christin was a property manager for a national firm, where she managed over 1 million square feet of industrial and flex property for institutional clients. Most recently, she managed commercial properties for a local Portland boutique firm, managing a portfolio consisting of 240,000 square feet of office and retail properties and 150 tenants, for 12 private investors.

Christin excels at delivering a high level of customer service to both her clients and tenants and consistently receives positive feedback from both.
