Ryan O’Leary

Ryan O’Leary has over a 16 years of investment real estate experience which he uses to bring a sophisticated and knowledgeable approach to each unique property while providing clients with best in class customer service. With a focus on Pacific Northwest he uses his expertise to assist clients with the disposition and acquisition of leased commercial properties, as well as strategically located development sites.

Prior to joining the Kidder Mathews Portland office in early 2014, Ryan spent seven years at the Marcus & Millichap Portland office where he worked alongside senior level advisors and mentored junior level associates. Using a traditional and forward thinking approach with each client, Ryan has built a trusted network of reliable professionals. His background also includes current value analyses of commercial properties for a variety of financial institutions and private equity firms around the nation.

Ryan graduated from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon with an emphasis in finance and economics. Ryan was integral to the development of the Oregon State Investment Club where he assisted in increasing capital under management from $50K to $1M+ from local investors and foundations, more specifically, the Oregon State Foundation
