Leveraging over 20 years of industry experience and fortified by her formal education marked by the acquisition of CCIM and MAI designations, Rebecca possesses a seasoned perspective.

Rebecca’s academic journey commenced at the University of Oregon, followed by a period in Southern California during her twenties, where she honed her skills in appraising diverse commercial real estate properties. In 2010, she returned to the Pacific Northwest, founding Kidder Mathews’ Portland Valuation Advisory Services Department in the Portland office. In the year 2015, Rebecca underwent a pivotal transition, shifting her focus from the realm of appraisal to the dynamic world of brokerage.
