Jack Niethammer

Jack Niethammer is an industrial real estate and capital markets specialist covering Sacramento/ Central Valley and the greater Northern California region. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was senior real estate analyst for three years at Roofstock, Inc. on the Portfolio Services/Business Development team, and a senior analyst for three years at Wells Fargo on the Strategic Real Estate team.

At Roofstock, his group focused on bulk portfolio investment sales in the single-family rental (SFR) sector for public and private institutional owners, operators, and LPs. In his time at Roofstock, Jack was involved in 30+ bulk portfolio sale transactions totaling 6000+ SFRs across dozens of US markets. At Wells Fargo, he completed the Financial Analyst Program with the East Bay Commercial Banking group and was a member of the Strategic Real Estate team. His team managed a $1.6B commercial real estate loan portfolio across all major commercial asset types for the 35 largest and most active relationships for the Northern California division of the bank.
