Jack Niethammer

Jack Niethammer is a senior associate at Kidder Mathews covering the Sacramento/ Central Valley and the greater Northern California region. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was senior real estate analyst for three years at Roofstock, Inc. on the Portfolio Services/ Business Development team and a senior analyst for three years at Wells Fargo on the Strategic Real Estate team in the East Bay Commercial Banking Office.

At Roofstock, his group specialized in bulk portfolio investment sales in the single- family rental (SFR) sector for public and private institutional owners, operators, and LPs. During his tenure, Jack was involved in 30+ bulk portfolio transactions totaling 6,000+ SFRs across dozens of U.S. markets. At Wells Fargo, Jack served on the Strategic Real Estate team, helping manage a $1.6B commercial real estate loan portfolio spanning all major asset types for the 35 largest and most active Northern California relationships.
