Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bill was a managing director for six years at JLL, a senior vice president at Colliers International for 10 years, and a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis for 14 years. Having worked in the industrial arena for over 30 years, Bill has been involved in more than 1,700 sale and lease transactions totaling over 52 million sq ft of buildings and 6,900 acres of land. He has a reputation of working diligently as he provides a level of excellence and responsiveness to all aspects of the brokerage service he delivers, and is grateful for the long-term relationships he has developed.
