Joe brings a versatile background in business operations and property management to his role in Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office. Before entering commercial real estate, he spent five years building and growing small businesses, where he focused on streamlining operational procedures, strengthening business-to-business relationships, and cultivating positive company cultures.

He transitioned into property management with a boutique commercial real estate firm, where he managed a wide range of responsibilities including client and tenant relations, budgeting, construction oversight, and capital project planning. Joe created and managed budgets ranging from $500,000 to $5 million, implemented new systems for project tracking, and built strong relationships with tenants and ownership groups.

Joe is passionate about developing strong business relationships, creating fiscally sound budgets, and ensuring that the physical infrastructure of properties is well maintained so that tenants and ownership can thrive. His hands-on facilities knowledge in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and construction allows him to confidently collaborate with contractors and vendors on maintenance and repair projects.
