Kyle Nelson

Kyle Nelson specializes in corporate real estate advisory services for high tech, software, internet, and manufacturing companies. He focuses on expansion and relocation projects, consolidation and dispositions, campus and headquarters planning, lease renegotiations and portfolio planning strategies. His ability to define the needs and requirements of his clients enable him to deliver cost-effective real estate solutions that meet operation requirements and projected growth plans. Mr. Nelson joined Kidder Mathews in 2015 from Newmark Cornish & Carey where year after year, he consistently ranked in the Top 10. Mr. Nelson ranked in the top 10 of the Northern California region for Kidder Mathews in 2017 and 2019 and 2023.

Prior to his 16-year career in real estate, Mr. Nelson was a major account executive at IKON Office Solutions, where he excelled in the western region, servicing clients such as Fisher Investments, Stryker and TIBCO Software. Mr. Nelson began his career as an account manager for Lanier Worldwide, where he ranked ninth in the country in sales revenue.
