Kyle Nelson

Kyle Nelson specializes in corporate real estate advisory services for high tech, software, internet and manufacturing companies. He focuses on expansion and relocation projects, consolidation and dispositions, campus and headquarters planning, lease renegotiations and portfolio planning strategies. His ability to define the needs and requirements of his clients enable him to deliver cost-effective real estate solutions that meet operation requirements and projected growth plans. Mr. Nelson joined Kidder Mathews in 2015 from Newmark Cornish & Carey where year after year, he consistently ranked in the Top 10. Mr. Nelson ranked in the top 10 of the Northern California region for Kidder Mathews in 2017 and 2019.

Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Nelson worked at IKON Office Solutions, where he was promoted to major account executive a short time thereafter. Mr. Nelson excelled in the western region, where he serviced clients such as Fisher Investments, Stryker and TIBCO Software. Mr. Nelson began his career as an account manager for Lanier Worldwide, where he ranked ninth in the country for sales and revenue.
