Ben began his career in advertising sales with Gannett Company, Inc., and Dow Jones & Co. In 2010, Ben started his career in commercial real estate with Sperry Van Ness. From 2012 to 2017 he was an associate with Marcus & Millichap, and prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ben was a vice president with NAI Alliance specializing in multifamily investments. He has been responsible for transacting more than $125M in market rate and student housing investments in Northern Nevada.
