Prior to joining the firm, she gained insight on the commercial real estate and appraisal industry through working in various sectors in the real estate world such as commercial real estate administration and marketing jobs. Lexi’s appraisal experience has been with a broad spectrum of property types including the valuation of multifamily, office, retail, medical office, industrial, hotels, marinas, golf courses, land and mixed-use property portfolios.
