Tino Narez is an associate vice president at Kidder Mathews, Tino began his professional career in corporate accounting where he built an extensive background in reading financial statements and using them to make viable business decisions for large organizations. He got his initial start at Fortune 500 company Fresenius Medical Care where he took a deep dive in the world of cost accounting, then moved on to Avo Pacific Oils, a subsidiary of one of the largest Avocado producers in the world, Mission Produce. This extensive background in the accounting industry equipped him with all the tools necessary to dissect and analyze financial decisions as they relate to return on capital, cash flow analysis, and tax implications of business decisions.

Tino specializes in sales and advisory services of industrial properties across the Ventura County and Northern LA markets. Having been born and raised in Ventura, he carries a wide breadth of experience within these specific markets.
