Matt is an executive vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has been a consistent top producer, successfully negotiating more than $567M and 13M square feet in lease and sale transactions.

Matt earned multiple Kidder Mathews Big Hitter awards early in his career and has been recognized with the firm’s Platinum Bat, honoring the five top-producing brokers companywide. He also holds the distinction of being the highest-grossing producer for the first five years of any brokerage career in the firm’s history.

A native of King County, Matt leverages a deep local network and nuanced understanding of the Puget Sound market to deliver valuable insight to his clients. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he worked as a research analyst at CBRE, specializing in industrial and office properties throughout the Puget Sound region. He also completed CBRE’s brokerage sales training program, strengthening his skills in business development and value creation.
