Matt is an Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Since joining the Firm in 2018, he has successfully negotiated lease and sale transactions totaling more than $567M and 13M square feet. Matt earned the “Big Hitter” award multiple times in his early career and has been awarded a Platinum Bat, which signifies a top five producer in the company. He is also the highest grossing producer for the first five years of any brokerage career in company history.

He has many institutional clients as well as local businesses and utilizes creative thinking with unparalleled work ethic to achieve best in class results for the groups he works with. He is a native of King County, which enables him to utilize his local network and nuanced understanding of the market to offer valuable insight to his clients.

Prior to his brokerage career with Kidder Mathews, Matt worked as a research analyst at CBRE, specializing in industrial and office properties throughout the Puget Sound region. He participated in the brokerage sales training program, which honed his skills in business development and maximizing returns for clients.
