Mickey Morera

Mickey Morera has 40 years of experience in San Diego commercial real estate.

He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in the areas of corporate headquarters, R&D/flex and industrial facilities sales and leasing. Mickey has extensive countywide knowledge of the commercial real estate market – from Otay Mesa to Oceanside.

Mickey has consistently been the top industrial producer for the San Diego region and over the course of his career has successfully negotiated leases and sales in excess of 30 million square feet with a total consideration of over $5 billion. Recent transactions have included the sale and leasing of 1,400,000 square feet of flex/office space in Poway and Rancho Bernardo to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, as well as leasing over 1,000,000 sf of industrial to Amazon.

Education

Mickey has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate law from the University of San Diego.
