Chris Moe is executive vice president and managing director of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle brokerage division. He has served three terms on Kidder Mathews’ board of directors and is a key member of the leadership team responsible for brokerage activities and performance in the Seattle market. Chris’ experience includes 24 years in the commercial real estate industry.
In addition, Chris leads Kidder Mathews Life Science Advisory group in the Puget Sound region. His business practice is solely focused on tenant representation. Chris provides transaction advisory services including lease negotiations, site acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit development evaluation, and strategic real estate consultation. He is skilled at managing multiple resources needed to develop and execute effective real estate transaction management strategies on behalf of his clients.
Chris is a licensed broker in the state of Washington. He holds a B.A. in speech and business administration from the University of Oregon. He currently serves as foundation board member for the Institute for Systems Biology and a regional board member for GenNext.
