Throughout his distinguished career, Jon has successfully closed over 400 transactions and over $2 billion in sales volume, facilitating some notable multifamily transactions. His deep understanding of Southern California’s diverse submarkets, product types, and market dynamics makes him a trusted advisor to private clients, institutional investors, and developers. Part of the success of Jon and his colleagues over the past 29 years has stemmed from their ability to act as an ‘easy button’ and collaborate with over 200 professionals specializing in various sectors, including financing, office, retail, NNN and industrial properties. Jon has cooperated and closed with over a one hundred agents/brokers/loan officers, escrow & title companies as well as closing attorneys in 17 states. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Jon held the position of Senior Director, Multi Family Team Leader for the past 5 years with Cushman & Wakefield in Orange County and was a First Vice president at Marcus & Millichap where he spent 24 years in the Orange County office. His innate ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, coupled with his extensive network, positions him as a go-to resource for multifamily investment sales. Jon is married with three children and enjoys traveling, wine, and coaching youth baseball. Jon resides in Irvine, California with his family, golden retrievers (Kirby & Libby), and Russian blue cat (Cosmo).
