Jason Miller

Jason Miller has specialized in commercial brokerage in downtown Seattle, with a primary focus on retail leasing and investment sales in the urban core of Seattle and Greater Puget Sound region. In 2010, Jason partnered with Damian Sevilla to become one of the top retail teams in the downtown Seattle market. Together, they have two decades of experience within the market and hundreds of lease transactions. Jason is primarily a landlord representative for urban retail properties in downtown Seattle. He has represented landlords including Madison Marquette, Beacon Capital, and Equity Residential.

Previously, Jason began his real estate career in appraisal. Between 2005 and 2008, he appraised over 1,000 properties in the Greater Puget Sound region. He began his brokerage career at Seattle’s oldest brokerage firm, Ewing & Clark, Inc. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jason was a Senior Associate at Colliers International in downtown Seattle for nearly five years. Jason joined Kidder Mathews as Vice President in 2016.

Jason’s valuation background combined with his current knowledge of the tenants in the market has proved to be invaluable to his investment clients. He has sold and purchased numerous investment properties in the Greater Puget Sound since 2008.

Jason and his wife, Melissa, have lived in West Seattle since moving to the area in 2005 from California. They are both very active in the West Seattle community. Melissa is a board member for the West Seattle Helpline, a local non-profit charity, and Jason has done many of the retail leases in the West Seattle Junction. They both enjoy camping, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
