Cindy Miller is a vice president and senior property manager in Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma office where she manages over 1.6 million square feet of medical, office, retail, and industrial properties, along with several commercial owner associations. Cindy has experience with the expectations and requirements of institutional clients as well as private investors and owners. Cindy is responsible for site operations, client and tenant relations, annual budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, collection of accounts receivable, and approval of accounts payable, monthly financial reports, lease administration, property inspections, vendor contracts, project coordination, and supervision.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Cindy was an assistant property manager and an office manager for small private firms where she conducted property tours and inspections, had extensive client, tenant and vendor interaction, prepared lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and all required quarterly reports.
Cindy has been in the commercial real estate management industry for over 25 years. She specializes in providing excellent customer service, has the ability to work well under pressure, and is proficient in business relationships.
