Before joining Kidder Mathews, Mike began his career in 2009 as an industrial broker at CBRE in Sacramento. In 2013, he transitioned to the client side, spending a decade as Director of Acquisitions and Leasing for Westcore, where he led their Los Angeles office. Recognizing an opportunity to leverage his diverse experience, Mike returned to Sacramento and the broker side of the business in 2022 to join JLL’s growing industrial practice.
This unique career path has given Mike a comprehensive understanding of both institutional and private landlords’ objectives, as well as the needs of industrial property occupiers. His deep insight enables data-driven decisions that save time, reduce stress, and maximize value for clients. Mike’s insider knowledge of landlord strategies allows him to provide occupiers with strategic market analyses and create leverage in negotiations. This dual perspective makes him a valuable asset for clients seeking comprehensive guidance in industrial real estate, combining expertise with a commitment to tailored, client-focused solutions.
