Reni U. Martinez

Reni Martinez is an associate with Kidder Mathews. Reni specializes in retail leases and sales in the Los Angeles County area, predominantly in the San Gabriel Valley, with 20 years of prior experience in property management and investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Reni’s real estate career began with Charles Dunn Company in Downtown Los Angeles and most recently with NAI Capital Commercial, Inc. in Pasadena. Before NAI Capital, Reni specialized in property management, particularly the upkeep of properties to strengthen market value and establishing secure relationships with landlords and vendors.

Reni is a Los Angeles native and currently resides in Pasadena with her husband and children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at St. Bede the Venerable and Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. She will occasionally join her son at St. Francis High School to catch a basketball game.

Reni has prided herself in being a strong role model and solid foundation for her children.
