Thatcher Marshall

Thatcher Marshall is a multifamily and mobile home park specialist in the Sacramento, California office of Kidder Mathews, representing both buyers and sellers throughout Northern California and the Sacramento/ Central Valley area.

Prior to uniting with Kidder Mathews, Thatcher graduated from Creighton University with a double major in financial services and marketing. He had several internships in the commercial real estate industry while in Omaha, at Investor’s Realty and CBRE. During his internships, he performed market research and developed twelve broker opinion of value’s (BOVs) for all Bank of the West properties in Nebraska. He actively participated in all aspects of the commercial real estate transaction and leasing process from initial contact to the closing transaction, including property research, RFP’s, and LOI’s.

Born and raised in the Sacramento suburb of Folsom, Thatcher attended Jesuit High School where he swam and played water polo. In his spare time, you can find Thatcher at the golf course, playing basketball, or snowboarding. He is an avid fan of the Sacramento Kings, San Francisco 49ers, and Giants.
