Erik Marsh

Erik Marsh currently serves as a senior vice president and shareholder at the Phoenix office of Kidder Mathews, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and retail investment properties. Erik has a well-deserved reputation for providing unparalleled service to his clients with knowledge, attention to detail and integrity. Utilizing those skills, he has banked over $700 Million in career investment sales over his 14 year long career.

Many of Erik’s consummate coordination and logistics skills as they relate to the life cycle of real estate investments stem from his formal training in systems engineering at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. As a retired Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve, he developed and frequently still finds opportunity to apply his excellent communication and leadership skills to allow him to understand the needs and goals of his diverse clientele.
