Connor Maloney is an associate vice president here at Kidder Mathews with a primary focus in office tenant-advisory and workplace solutions in the Greater Phoenix area.

Connor’s expertise in space utilization and planning has enabled him to find his clients their ideal office space, with consideration to space optimization, collaboration and future growth. Connor understands that real estate is not only an important part of an organization’s bottom line but is also critical to the foundation of its culture, productivity and business strategy. When working with clients, Connor takes the approach of partnering with and learning each company’s specific needs, as opposed to a singular transaction.

Connor has worked with various clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Optimyl Benefits, Palmeira Home Health, United Tax Processing, Western State Bank and Wise Power Solutions. He has also completed projects outside the region, cultivating trusted relationships with clients and colleagues nationwide.
