Kevin Lynch has extensive experience spanning all phases of commercial real estate advisory services. With over 16 years specializing in private capital markets, he prides himself on developing innovative strategies for organizations looking to lease, acquire, or dispose of commercial real estate. His clientele range from the greater Sacramento region to the national private capital markets sector.

Combining both depth and breadth of regional and national trends, he helps organizations to clearly articulate their real estate needs. Prior to his real estate career, he worked as an assistant offensive line coach at the University at Buffalo, (Mid-American Conference – MAC) 2006. He was also an NCAA collegiate student athlete, offensive line, for Sacramento State University (Big Sky Conference).
