About

Kevin Lynch has extensive experience spanning all phases of commercial real estate advisory services. With over 16 years specializing in private capital markets, he prides himself on developing innovative strategies for organizations looking to lease, acquire, or dispose of commercial real estate. His clientele range from the greater Sacramento region to the national private capital markets sector.

Combining both depth and breadth of regional and national trends, he helps organizations to clearly articulate their real estate needs. He assists them in understanding the landscape, defining the drivers and barriers to growth, and effectively aligning organizational resources. These actions lead to highly curated, bespoke commercial real estate solutions that are to their specific objectives.

Prior to his real estate career, he worked as an assistant offensive line coach at the University at Buffalo, (Mid-American Conference – MAC) 2006. He was also an NCAA collegiate student athlete, offensive line, for Sacramento State University (Big Sky Conference).
