Jim Lovsted has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is directly responsible for the management, leasing, and value enhancement for a 5.5 million square foot portfolio of industrial, office, and retail properties, providing comprehensive management and leasing oversight.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jim spent ten years as a senior asset manager for Martin Smith, Inc., managing a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of institutional and private investments. He was previously vice president of SUHRCO Management, responsible for leasing, sales, and all aspects of management of a mixed-use portfolio comprising over 350,000 square feet.
Jim graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington and currently holds a broker’s license. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Jim is an active member of NAIOP, BOMA, IREM, and the Washington Association of Realtors.
