Jeffrey specializes in investment sales, 1031 exchange into net lease or retail investments, leasing, and advisory for industrial sites converting to mixed use, multifamily, affordable housing, and community redevelopment projects. He quickly made his mark in the Los Angeles commercial real estate markets at Marcus & Millichap as the Rookie of the Year before joining Kidder Mathews. Outside of the office, Jeffrey enjoys time with family, cooking, hiking, and reading science fiction novels. He played ice hockey at Yonsei University in Seoul where he studied communication and journalism.
