Michael Lambesis is a commercial real estate advisor with Kidder Mathews, providing sales and leasing services for office, industrial, and retail properties throughout San Diego County.

Michael represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, helping clients navigate transactions through market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and a hands-on approach.

Michael began his career in investor relations in 2013 before transitioning into real estate sales in 2016. After returning to San Diego, he focused on commercial real estate, combining his experience in sales, investment, and business development to help clients make informed real estate decisions. He later co-founded North County Commercial before joining Kidder Mathews.

Born and raised in San Diego, Michael has deep roots in the North County community. He graduated from Torrey Pines High School and earned his business degree from the Argyros School of Business at Chapman University. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing personalized service to every client.
