Michael Lambesis

Michael Lambesis is an office specialist at Kidder Mathews. He works alongside Brandon Vogt, focusing on the sales and leasing of office properties in San Diego.

Michael began his career in 2013 in investor relations, working with a land investment company in Maricopa County, Arizona. With a natural talent for building relationships and a strong sales background, he transitioned into real estate in 2016, starting in residential sales in Dallas.

In 2018, Michael returned home to San Diego and shifted his focus to commercial real estate, where he has since helped clients navigate one of the most competitive markets in the country. Following a period where he pursued entrepreneurial ventures that further sharpened his negotiation and client service skills, Michael rejoined the commercial real estate industry in 2024 with North County Commercial. He is now proud to be part of Kidder Mathews, where he continues to leverage his market knowledge, local roots, and commitment to client success.

Born and raised in San Diego, Michael is deeply connected to the North County community. A graduate of Torrey Pines High School, he went on to earn his business degree from the Argyros School of Business at Chapman University.
