Chris is part of the fourth generation of Lagomarsinos to live in Sacramento. Since 1805, his family has contributed to the development of the Sacramento Valley, specifically in the agricultural, political and educational sectors. Having been raised with knowledge of his family’s reformative innovations, Chris aspires to emulate the same achievements as his predecessors, and will one day make a similar contribution in the form of improving the city’s infrastructure.
Upon entering college, Chris became strongly attracted to real estate; as a result, he acquired his California real estate license in 2017. In 2019, Chris Joined the Kidder Mathews team in Roseville as a broker intern. While at this firm, Chris was mentored by John Austin, a 33-year leasing vet, who afforded Chris invaluable expertise in CRE systems and provided opportunities for Chris to engage with strategic property modeling. After finishing his education, Chris returned to Kidder Mathews in 2021 working underneath Kevin Sheehan and Tyler Boyd as an associate.
Chris graduated from Rio Americano High School in 2015 and went to earn his associates in business administration from American River Community College. He later graduated with a BS in economics from the University of California, Davis in 2021. Aside from his professional interests, Chris regularly travels, golfs and skis in his downtime.
