Josh Kuchugurny specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties along the West Coast. He also represents tenants and landlords in commercial leasing nationwide.
Josh began his career in real estate in 2015 and believes that his success comes from going the extra mile for his clients and making sure they always come first.
Some of Josh’s hobbies include boating, wake surfing, hiking, kayaking, fishing, basketball, soccer, golf, traveling and camping.
Josh Kuchugurny is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, where he studied economics. Currently, Josh is an active volunteer at his church and has traveled to Ukraine, Mongolia and Panama for humanitarian work. Josh was born and raised in Sacramento and has volunteered at UC Davis Medical Center and at several local non-profit organizations.
