With over 38 years of experience dedicated to the representation of an expansive and diverse client base spanning from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Dean joined Kidder Mathews in 2017. He has amassed extensive transactional experience entailing representation roles in all facets of industrial and office leasing including build-to-suits, land sales, sale-leasebacks primarily focused on the occupier.

His services have been professionally delivered across broad market areas including the Orange County, Inland Empire, and both the Las Vegas and Reno markets.

As a licensed broker in both California and Nevada, his collective lease and sale transactions have encompassed more than 11.6 million square feet exceeding 1.2 billion dollars of transactional value. Having sold over 524 acres of land to owner/users and developers, Dean is well versed in the nuances of marketing successful developments and strategically representing tenants and buyers. Positive results have ensued in his client’s quest to consummate the optimal real estate transaction.

While always keeping client’s goals at the forefront, his long-term perspective and actions have engendered trust and loyalty among a range of owners and executives who appreciate honest, responsive and accountable performance. A combination of creativity and tenacity has allowed his clients to capitalize on the best solutions attainable. Prior to affiliating with Kidder Mathews, Dean was a Senior Vice President and Principal with Lee & Associates for seventeen years and most recently an Occupier Services specialist with Cresa doing business across the USA.
