Morgan Koff

Morgan Koff is an associate with Kidder Mathews, a full service commercial real estate brokerage. Based out of the West Los Angeles office, Morgan specializes in investments in West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and nationwide. Morgan exclusively lists properties on behalf of owners as well as representing investors in acquisitions of both individual properties and portfolios. In addition, Morgan provides various advisory services, such as property valuations, sale leaseback analysis, and 1031 exchange analysis. All services are offered to enhance and improve the client’s position in the market.

Prior to Kidder Mathews, Morgan joined Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office where he quickly established a presence in the West Hollywood and Hollywood markets, advising and representing clients in the sale of their commercial properties. Within these markets, Morgan focused specifically on retail, office, and land development sites.
