Matthew holds his real estate license in the states of Washington, Oregon, and California. He received his BA in Business Administration, with an emphasis in shopping center management, and minors in English and History from Columbia College in Columbia, MO. Matthew also served on the BOMA Mentorship Program Planning Committee, the Board of Directors of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Bellevue Transportation Committee.

Matthew Klutznick is a vice president and senior property manager based in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office. Matthew began his property management career in 1988 as an assistant general manager. His experience has included managing luxury retail shopping centers, Class-A office buildings, airport retail programs, and lifestyle centers. Matthew’s background includes managing daily operations, large scale redevelopments, financial analysis, preparing annual property budgets, supporting leasing efforts, and overseeing tenant improvements and capital projects.
Matthew has overseen several capital and tenant improvement projects, including a $12,000,000 shopping center redevelopment, $500,000 parking lot expansion, a $975,000 fire safety system upgrade, a $250,000 digital security system upgrade, and coordinated 10 new store and remodel projects totaling 105,000 square feet.
Matthew has managed institutional and private ownership groups, chaired annual board of directors’ meetings, and created a $400,000 annual marketing plan.
