Genevieve Klein, an associate, specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial & flex properties.

Genevieve joined Kidder Mathews in 2021, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and flex properties. As part of a seasoned brokerage team alongside Steven Klein, Peter Stalick, and Brendan Murphy, the team brings more than 81 years of combined experience to the market.

As an associate, Genevieve plays a key role in supporting the team’s leasing and sales activities while serving as a central point of coordination throughout the brokerage process. She works closely with clients, landlords, tenants, and property managers throughout every stage of the transaction process to help ensure efficient execution and consistent results from start to finish.

Before joining the Klein-Stalick-Murphy team, Genevieve gained experience in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office as a marketing intern under former company president, Brian Hatcher. She also interned with senior broker Mark Fraser, further strengthening her foundation in commercial real estate.
