Genevieve joined Kidder Mathews in 2022, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial & flex properties.

Genevieve is part of a seasoned team alongside Steven Klein, Peter Stalick, and Brendan Murphy, who collectively bring over 73 years of experience in the greater Portland industrial real estate market. Genevieve is a graduate of Gonzaga University’s School of Business Administration. During her time at Gonzaga, she competed as a Division I rower, served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national honor society recognizing student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically.

Before joining the Portland team, Genevieve gained valuable experience in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office as a marketing intern under the guidance of company president Brian Hatcher. She also interned with senior broker Mark Fraser, further building her foundation in commercial real estate. Genevieve brings a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and a passion for real estate to every client interaction. She is enthusiastic about growing her career and contributing to the professional community in Portland.
