David Kirsch

David Kirsch is a senior associate at Kidder Mathews specializing in retail sales and a second-generation commercial real estate practitioner. With over 15 years of retail leasing and management experience, David knows the importance of personalized service to all clients, big or small. The agent must represent their clients’ interests well, educating them on all terms of their lease, so they can make the most informed decision possible. From triple net expenses to subordination agreements to subleasing and assignments, all terms of contract leases are important.

David started his career in real estate in Memphis, Tennessee, focusing on local and regional brands such as CrossFit, Great Clips, Wells Heating and Kitchen Supply, and Southern Hands Homestyle Restaurants.

Now based in Los Angeles, David’s client list includes Sweetcane Juice Bar, Charisma Printing, Contourology, and Frame Masters of Hollywood.

In his personal time, David is a long-distance cyclist and a dog dad to Ranger.
