Pamela King is senior property manager overseeing the management of the 1.5 million square foot, class-A iconic Starbucks world headquarters office building in Seattle. Pamela is responsible for preparing periodic operational reports, tenant improvement coordination and oversight, landlord and tenant relations, leasing support and coordination, maintenance oversight, long term capital planning, maintaining client governance standards, and day-to-day management of Starbucks Center. Pamela is dedicated to providing the highest quality professional property management services to her clients.
Pamela has over 20 years’ experience in property management and real estate, as well as over ten years’ experience in project operations in commercial construction.
In previous positions, Pamela was a real estate manager responsible for all aspects of property management and operations for a 600,000 square foot commercial office, retail, and industrial portfolio in SODO, Pioneer Square, downtown Seattle, and Pike Place neighborhood. Pamela was also responsible for managing 3.2 million square feet of industrial office portfolios in Kent, in addition to 810,000 square foot medical office building portfolio in Seattle.
Pamela’s commercial real estate experience includes managing the recertification of a high rise property to a LEED Platinum status and large tenant improvement projects, including obtaining bids and oversight.
Pamela was also a property manager for a 320,000 square foot commercial class-A high rise office building in the downtown Seattle business district.
Pamela graduated from Seattle Central Community College with an Associate of Arts degree, and is a licensed Washington State real estate broker and Real Property Administrator (RPA®)
