Joseph Kim

Joseph Kim is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews. As a retail specialist, Joseph has represented many fast-growing retail and restaurant concepts throughout Southern California with strategic market knowledge, work ethic, and deal-making skills, which have contributed to continued growth.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Joseph served as vice president at SVN Vanguard in Santa Ana, CA, and senior associate at Coreland Companies in Tustin, CA.

Joseph has represented national retail tenants such as Popeyes, 7-11, Waba Grill, Firehouse Subs, Bruster’s Ice Cream, Tous les Jours, Fatburger & Buffalo Express, and locally owned 99 Cents stores. Additionally, he has successfully executed a 140,000 SF industrial distribution/warehouse lease deal for a leading mattress manufacturing company near the LB Terminal.

Joseph has twice been awarded for his outstanding service and contribution to development by completing 50+ lease transactions for the Waba Grill Franchise Corporation. He has also worked with institutional landlords such as Irvine Company, DJM, Regency Centers, LNR, PDG, Watt Companies, Merlone Geier, ValueRock, Kimco Realty, etc.
