Scott Killian

Scott Killian is a property manager with Kidder Mathews in the Tacoma office. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio of retail and industrial assets throughout the South Puget Sound region.

Scott has over 25 years of property management experience, with the last 10 years in commercial property management. He has managed a wide range of asset types, including office, retail, and industrial properties, and has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clientele, including private equity, national and regional corporations, shareholder groups, and real estate developers.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Scott oversaw more than 1 million square feet of office, retail shopping centers, and industrial assets across the Portland Metro area, leading or directing value-add or asset repositioning strategies, cost-containment initiatives, tailored operating budgets, and capital improvement planning and/or execution.

Scott is a licensed managing broker in Washington State and a principal broker in the state of Oregon. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2009. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
