As an industrial properties specialist, Greg is focused on representing owners and users of quality industrial buildings throughout the Central, South, and East San Diego County submarkets, including Miramar, Kearny Mesa, Mission Valley, El Cajon, Santee, Downtown, Otay Mesa, and Chula Vista.

Greg has over eleven years of experience in commercial real estate representing landlords and tenants in negotiating all aspects of purchase and lease transactions. During the last nine years, Greg has completed over 200 sale and lease transactions, totaling 10 million sq ft, with a yearly average of $35 million for a total consideration of over $400 million.
