Ryan Jones

Ryan joined Kidder Mathews in 2020, bringing with him 8 years of experience working as a broker at an international corporate real estate firm. His specialties range from sales and leasing to investments and development consulting, with intimate knowledge of the commercial markets around the Northwestern United States.

Throughout his career, Ryan has represented a prominent group of commercial real estate landlords and occupiers, including several fortune 100 companies, as well as start-ups and government entities. Ryan has proven to be an expert who provides unrelenting work ethic while servicing his clients’ needs for retail, industrial and office real estate requirements. Ryan approaches each project with a partnership mentality while fully emerging himself in a given project, which has proven to be a winning formula that ensures long-term success and that his clients achieve or beat their real estate goals.
