Sam Jolly

Sam Jolly is a vice president with Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services based in Sacramento, California.

Since 2015, Sam has provided commercial appraisal services for a variety of improved and vacant real estate property types, including retail, industrial, office, multi-family, land, ground lease, and market rent studies.

Sam has extensive experience throughout the greater Northern California and Northern Nevada regions, specifically the Sacramento Area, Bay Area, Reno Area, Lake Tahoe, and the Central Coast. Additionally, Sam has experience with several tertiary regions throughout Northern California.

Sam specializes in the appraisal of complex retail, office, and industrial assets, and is proficient in Argus Enterprise. Additionally, he has expertise in net leased assets, contractor and truck storage yards, mixed-use developments, ground leased assets, and leasehold interests. Sam has completed appraisals for various purposes including financial reporting, asset management, mortgage financing, CMBS loans, acquisition due diligence, estate planning, and market rent studies.

Before joining Kidder Mathews in 2025, Sam served as a Valuation Specialist at Colliers for ten years working from the Sacramento office.
